Looking Forward to Another Weekend

First day of daddy J today at work for 2012 after the new year’s weekend. While little JR and I are already looking forward to another weekend. Don’t working people with families just would love to have this kind of work schedule to weekend ratio? I would love to have longer weekends indeed for more quality family bonding time for me with my family especially that our kid is still growing fast.

I pray that we will have more fun, laughter, cheers and happiness to cherish from this day forward making this a better year compared to the past years. We may not have the regular weekend this month but it will still be a great two days for my family. Thank you Lord for these “weekends” for bonding time and we are so looking forward to it! We are cheerfully excited, if there is such a phrase to describe it!

Cheers to the New Year 2012!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Cheers to the new year 2012! The year of the water dragon.

We watched on TV through CNN’s live coverage as the ball drops at 12mn at the Time Square in New York. Daddy J was watching it first then I while our little JR was in dreamland, we watched Anderson Cooper who did a little acting with the Green Goblin and Spiderman. It has a rather unique twist this year as the clock was ticking down with a few minutes left before the ball dropped down at 12mn. Cooper’s co-host Kathy stripped her dress inspired by Lady Gaga, should the crowd cheer to that? I don’t know for it probably was chilling if not freezing cold out there!

I cheer for the new year, for renewed life and a year of new hope and of dreams coming true. To year that will be more cheerful, happier, healthier, truly profitable, productive and peaceful, may the LORD GOD bless us all this 2012 and the years to come!!!

Reliable Cleaning Service

It would surely cheer up any mom and house wife if they find reliable cleaning service in their area so they can get a weekend off from house cleaning duties and other tiring housework chores! Yes getting a day off from doing chores at home is practically a nice gift we moms can give ourselves. It could be one of the best gifts that a housewife with no regular or stay-in house help. Coming to know about the Maid Service Fairfax Va which has provided people in the area of Fairfax County Virginia, which is said to be located about 15 miles away from Washington, D.C., with reliable house cleaning and/or maid service for the past twenty years. One of the services they offer which I need and which I found among their area of concentration is vacuuming furniture and having upholstery vacuumed, carpet edges vacuumed and under accessible furniture which are some of the things I often miss or to be honest skip because I don’t want to stress my back that easily hurts after just a few minutes of house cleaning.

Well let us cheer up fellow moms and housewives out there, when you feel the dire need to free yourself from those energy draining house chores this holiday season so you can have more energy to spend being with your family and friends this holiday season, you can easily avail of the cleaning maid service which isĀ  guaranteed to be of high quality and more importantly they are affordable for moms who are on a budget especially this Christmas season.

Cheered by My Goddaughter

I was cheered by my goddaughter who I met at the mall today while I was buying some pizza with daddy J for our little JR. My friend saw me and I was surprised to see her at my back when I turned around to see who’s behind me laughing. I was so surprised to he her more grown up than the last time I saw her. She is one beautiful little girl! Yes you can say I wish she looked like me and I actually asked her if she will just be my little girl since I only have a boy. She has become more bubbly and active. She was actually still shy that she would hide behind her mom when I try to talk or reach out to her.

These are life’s little surprises each day when out of the blue you see friends by surprise and tagging along are their little kids who are growing fast as time flies. I’d love to see them again. I hope the simple dinner gathering we talked about this Christmas season will push through. [...]
