Carrier i-Cool Series 1HP Airconditioner

We finally were able to replace our old .75HP Condura with a 1HP Carrier i-Cool series airconditioner. It has the same 9.6 EEF same as our old AC. After almost two years and three months, our first ever AC was replaced. It took quite an amount from our savings which we have saved up for more than a year to be able to finally replace our old one. Based on the aircon technician’s advise with frequent cleaning done each month. We computed and decided it will somehow sum up into the cost of buying a new one spread out in one year.

With Little JR developing allergic cough, we thought it may also be due to the old AC accumulating and not functioning well anymore somehow being a factor to his illness when the AC also requiring cleaning almost at the same time. The new AC looks like this one in the photo though that is only .5HP. I pray that this new AC will save us some AC cleaning expenses in the next few months or for the whole year.
