Cars Toons: Mater’s Tall Tales

Jumping up and down while saying “Wow!” when Little JR saw this new Cars Toons: Mater’s Tall Tales showing on the TV and had to stop playing his new fave games on Daddy J’ computer for awhile.

We were actually looking forward to the Cars 2 coming soon in theaters as the movie posters in the mall that Little JR saw a few weeks ago. This animated short TV series by Pixar which features the popular characters Mater and Lightning McQueen from one of his fave Pixar film, Cars. We have loong been waiting for a sequel of this animated movie which I can say as a mother that I cannot ever get bored watching that movie over and over again. It feels like watching it for the first time everytime Little JR and I would watch it.

This Cars Toon though is more on Mater and Lightning McQueen somehow becomes his side kick here. But this is still something fun to watch for kids who loved Cars and still love watching Cars like we do. I hope we can watch Cars 2 in the movie house with little JR when it comes to the movie houses otherwise we just have to wait for the DVD or bluray edition.
